These Terms apply to your use of our website and all purchases made through it (the "Services"). Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy also apply. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen).

2. Age and account
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for giving us correct information and for keeping your account login details secure.

3. Products
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. We may change or discontinue products, and limit the quantities available, at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders and contract
You order by adding products to your cart, going through checkout and confirming your purchase. You can review and correct your information before confirming. After you place an order, we send you an order confirmation by email, and at that point a binding contract is formed. The contract is concluded in English. [OR: "in Swedish or English"]
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if payment fails, or if there is an obvious error in price or product information. If we cancel, we will tell you and refund any amount you have paid in full.
Our products are sold for personal use only, not for resale.

5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in SEK and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. You pay the price shown at the time of your order. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide. Estimated delivery times are shown on our website. If nothing else is agreed, we deliver within 30 days of your order. The risk for the products passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, receive them. If your delivery is significantly delayed, you have the rights provided by the Consumer Sales Act, including the right to cancel the purchase.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within [30] days of receiving your products. Our Refund Policy explains how this works.

8. Faulty products
You have the right to complain about faulty products for 3 years from delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. Contact us at info@friskby.com. See our Refund Policy for details.

9. Relationship with Shopify
Friskby is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Friskby. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Friskby, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Friskby.

10. Intellectual property
All content on the Services is owned by Friskby or our licensors, including text, images, logos and design. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Reviews and feedback
If you post a review or send us feedback, you give us permission to use, display and publish it in connection with our Services. Reviews must be honest and lawful, and must not infringe the rights of others. We may remove content that breaks these rules. 12. Acceptable use
You may only use the Services for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Services, including by spreading malware, scraping content with automated tools, attempting to bypass security measures or harassing others. If you do, we may suspend or close your account.

13. Liability
We are responsible for our products and Services in accordance with mandatory consumer law. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes or disruptions at carriers, except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for personal injury, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or your rights under the Swedish Product Liability Act (Produktansvarslagen).

14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed your order.

15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by [the laws of England and Wales]. If you live in Sweden, you still keep the protection of Swedish mandatory consumer law, and you may bring a claim before a court in Sweden.
